We collaborated with Herman Miller to craft a recruitment video aimed at attracting expert talent across all levels. Recognizing the importance of conveying the company’s culture and environment, we opted to showcase the authentic experiences of current employees.

We crafted the script to elicit genuine responses from employees. The shoot was planned meticulously to go beyond job descriptions and highlight the vibrant work culture, hybrid work models, and camaraderie that define Herman Miller.

Over two days of shoot, our crew captured the essence of their company.

With footage in hand, our post-production phase kicked into high gear. Through seamless editing and sound design, we wove together a beautiful narrative that resonated with the client.
